Senior Tax Associate, Managed Services

Role Overview

• Manage and oversee multiple tax-related projects simultaneously.
• Collaborate with internal teams to define project objectives, deliverables, and milestones.
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets.
• Identify and mitigate project risks and obstacles.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, maintaining strong relationships.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives within the Tax Managed Services division.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in business administration, accounting, finance, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project management, with a focus on tax services or related fields.
• Proven track record of successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
• Strong understanding of tax principles, regulations, and compliance requirements.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Highly organized, detail-oriented, and capable of managing competing priorities.
