About this role
Role Overview
Manage medium to large, full-lifecycle turnkey projects, reporting financials, controlling budgets, streamlining operational functions, and resolving project issues, while meeting stringent deadlines
Project Management tasks to include proposal development, management of resources, project budgets and forecasting, and schedule management throughout to project closure
Develop and manage a detailed traditional project schedule and work plan
Estimate Proposal budgets based on scope of work and resource requirements
Provide project presentations to various stakeholders about strategy, adjustments, and estimates to complete
Create and maintain strong federal customer relationships
Observe and inspect construction activities to ensure project requirement compliance and established quality and safety standards are met
Requirements
Ten (10) years of project management experience overseeing full lifecycle of medium to large complex multi-year EPC projects within the commercial/industrial construction space (preferably with USACE)
Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Construction Management from an ABET-accredited program
Safety, Health and Environmental (SHE) Management experience.
Advanced proficiency in MS Project and/or Primavera P6.
Experience and understanding of commercial/industrial infrastructure design, engineering, manufacturing, and construction processes.
Knowledge and experience with:
Electrical and Mechanical contracting.
Electrical distribution and mechanical cooling systems.
Evaluating process piping and refrigeration diagrams.
Electrical Single Line Diagrams (SLD’s).
Communication network diagrams.
Project Management Professional (PMP) certification / Certified Construction Manager (CCM) / Certified Professional Constructor (CPC)
