Operations Manager – Integrations

Role Overview

• M&A Integration & Onboarding: Act as a primary contact for newly acquired agencies and standardize workflows.
• Carrier Management & Relations: Manage producer appointments and review carrier contracts.
• Licensing, Compliance & Regulatory Affairs: Assist with license maintenance and internal audit procedures.
• General Operations & HR Support: Manage vendor relationships and maintain operational SOPs.

Requirements

• Experience: 5+ years in insurance operations or agency management. Prior experience in an M&A or high-growth environment is highly preferred.
• Licensing Knowledge: Deep understanding of NIPR (National Insurance Producer Registry) and state-specific licensing requirements.
• Technical Proficiency: Advanced knowledge of Agency Management Systems (e.g., Vertafore/AMS360, Applied/Epic, or EZLynx).
• The "Integrator" Mindset: Exceptional project management skills and the ability to manage multiple moving parts without losing focus on the fine print.
