Own hitting at least $50k in DTC revenue in month one
Build systems to drive 10 to 20% month over month growth
Own DTC revenue forecasting, growth planning, and performance pacing
Own DTC budget management, channel spend, and return on investment
Partner with Ops and leadership to manage contribution margins and channel level profitability
Own Shopify end-to-end
Build conversion focused PDPs, bundles, and merchandising
Partner closely with brand and creative to bring launches to life
Build and optimize subscription from day one
Design gifting experiences, bundles, and seasonal programs
Build loyalty, referral, and community driven commerce programs
Lead performance marketing strategy and execution
Own the full digital growth stack including paid social, search, affiliate, creators, marketplaces, email, SMS, and emerging channels
Manage agencies or freelancers as needed
Build dashboards and reporting across site, marketing, and retention
Use customer insights to inform site optimization, retention programs, and product improvements
