Bachelor's degree in advertising, marketing, writing or equivalent area of study (preferred but not required)
Experience in leading teams and mentoring junior creatives
Minimum 9 years creative copywriting experience, with at least 3 years in writing for pharma
Pharmaceutical and/or medical device experience required
Demonstrates ability to direct writing and design of interactive, motion and print projects
Strong customer service skills with a commitment to superior quality
Must be self-motivated, professional, detail-oriented, and possess excellent oral and written communication skills
Can share a digital portfolio that includes a wide range of interactive work across multi-media channels and platforms
Advanced PC or Mac experience with all Adobe Creative Suite and MS Office Suite
Familiarity with Adobe Workfront a plus
