Monitor key platforms such as Shopify, Pipedrive, Zendesk, Google Drive, Zapier, QuickBooks, and ShipStation for performance issues, downtime, or integration errors, and resolve them promptly.
Develop, manage, and optimize integrations between systems such as connecting Shopify to Pipedrive via APIs or webhooks to enable real-time data sharing and workflow automation.
Provide general IT and system support, including user assistance, software configuration, and basic cybersecurity measures.
Collaborate with team members to identify integration opportunities and automate recurring processes using tools like Zapier.
Document all integrations, troubleshooting processes, and resolutions for future reference and scalability.
Requirements
Proven experience with Shopify integrations and API/webhook development.
Familiarity with Pipedrive, Zendesk, Google Drive, Zapier, QuickBooks, and ShipStation.
Strong analytical and troubleshooting skills with the ability to independently diagnose and resolve system issues.
Proficiency in scripting or low-code tools for workflow automation.
