About this role
Role Overview
Create relationships with clients and act as a liaison between design teams and clients
Lead business development efforts for I&C-related master plans and design projects
Produce marketing content specific to each pursuit and negotiate contracts
Pursue and lead SCADA Assessments and Master Plans for utilities
Manage and coordinate marketing, planning, design, and construction phase services for automation, instrumentation, control and SCADA projects
Lead I&C design projects and coordinate multi-discipline engineering efforts
Attend client and contractor meetings, perform field investigations, and attend factory acceptance testing
Monitor and control project schedules and budgets
Requirements
Requires a bachelor's degree in engineering from a recognized accredited program
Minimum of 11 years related work experience
10 years’ experience in instrumentation, control, and automation design consulting
4 years’ experience in the water/wastewater industry
2 years’ experience in project management and business development
Must be able to complete pre-employment onboarding requirements which may include criminal/civil background check, drug screen, and motor vehicle records search
Holds an active engineering registration or licensure to support engineer of record (EOR) requirements
