Assist customers’ requests and take care of any technical issues;
Build strong customer relationships, especially with key customer stakeholders and sponsors;

Manage customer expectation and lead them to customer satisfaction;
Make sure all deliverables arrive in good order, on time, and fulfil customers’ requirements;
Communicate the progress to both internal and external stakeholders;
Take initiatives in identifying growth opportunities;
Evaluating customer needs to suggest solutions;
Create a written technical solution proposal that meets customer requirements;
Liaise with vendors and other IT personnel for IT solutions and problem resolution;
Ensuring that all activities and duties are carried out in full compliance with regulatory requirements and supporting the continued implementation of the Group Anti-Bribery and Corruption Policy.
Requirements
5 years of experience in IT or similar role;
Client oriented with client facing experience;
University degree in Computer Science or a related field;
Ability to work with cross-functional teams;
Strong analytical skills;
Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English;
Experience in managing multiple stakeholders and projects;
Critical thinker and problem-solving skills;
Team player;
Excellent time-management skills;
Experience and strong knowledge in Microsoft Office and Project.
Experience with ΙΤ solutions that are related Cloud and on-premises infrastructure;
Good understanding of networking infrastructure and components;
Knowledge of Microsoft server products and applications;
