Manage promotional content displayed on dealer selling tools such as DRSG, V6, and Online Tire Store
Research and identify promotional offers and make recommendations on when and how these promotions will be rolled out.
Identify carlines, regions, and dealers where the promotional content applies.
Identify the products where promotional content applies and decide where promotional content can be combined or not combined.
Manage the promotion detail and dates through promotion administration web portal.
Develop disclaimers for promotional content.
Manage the communication process to internal stakeholders regarding where and when content will be visible on selling tools.
Ensure that content being displayed is timely and accurate.
Lead and develop content for weekly promotion coordination meetings.
Act as promotion subject matter expert to dealers, sales, and carline with regards to promo content displayed on selling tools.
Lead execution of Supplier Consumer Rebates
Work with Brand Manager, Supplier Relations Brand Manager to acquire national promotional consumer rebate details.
Provide Brand Managers with exclusive promotional consumer rebate details.
Develop consumer rebate disclaimers.
Communicate promo details to regions, dealer groups and internal customers.
Identify SKU’s and carlines impacted by the consumer rebate and recommend who should participate in the consumer rebate.
Manage the communication and display of consumer rebates and promotion on the online tire store tiles.
Manage the promotion claim tool including identifying promotional dates and grace period schedules.
Identify potential conflicts with regards to the capabilities and limitations of the claim tool.
Be the decision maker with regards to claim exceptions.
Build and test promotions prior to the promotion period.
Develop instructional material to support dealer understanding of the claim tool.
Manage an accurate Summary Promotion Calendar and distribute via email weekly.
Proactively coordinate with internal departments and brand managers on the creation of announcements and other assets used to communicate promotion details.
Drive the communication process for promotional updates and announcements to all impacted internal customers in sales, marketing, pricing, accounting, and inventory management.
Create lists to identify qualifying SKU/part number for promotions.
Participate in Monthly Highlights meetings providing promotional details for stakeholders.
Lead monthly promotional meeting with regards to goal-based promotions.
Provide monthly promotion detail for KSS tool.
Address various service requests from internal customers.
Analyze and report on month end activities in support of Marketing areas.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in marketing or equivalent experience
Minimum 2-3 years marketing experience with previous project or program management experience preferred
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Strong written communication skills and ability to work in teams
