About this role
Role Overview
Provide customer service and support via phone, online chat, or text.
Call center-based customer support in response to a high volume of low complexity inquiries.
Acting as liaison between customers, production and distribution departments related to specific customer orders.
Providing technical and non-technical customer support in a walk-in service center.
Communicates information that requires some explanation or interpretation.
Solves problems while able to anticipate additional needs/requests.
Requirements
Typically requires a minimum of 1-2 years of related experience.
Candidates must already be located in or around the Nashville, TN area.
Must have SAP experience.
