Facilitate collaboration among project managers and key stakeholders.
Identify program-level risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Monitor program health and escalate critical issues as needed.
Track key performance indicators and report progress to senior leadership.
Communicate program vision, progress, and outcomes to stakeholders and executive sponsors.

Relevant degree preferred.
5 or more years of relevant experience required.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
Experience managing complex, cross-functional programs.
Proficiency with project management tools such as Microsoft Project, Jira, or Smartsheet.
Knowledge of Agile, Waterfall, or hybrid methodologies.
Ability to analyze data and translate insights into actionable plans.
