About this role
Role Overview
Support the execution of the organization’s inorganic growth strategy across multiple Neuroscience Operating Units
Lead and support strategic inorganic activities including mergers, acquisitions, joint ventures, licensing, investments, distribution agreements, sales agency relationships, co-developments, and strategic partnerships
Drive the evaluation and execution of transactions aligned with the strategic and financial objectives of these Operating Units
Opportunity screening, cross-functional team coordination, robust financial and strategic analysis, valuation, due diligence, negotiation, contracting support, and post-transaction reviews
Requirements
Requires broad management knowledge to lead project teams in one department
Typically has mastery level knowledge and skills within a specific technical or professional discipline with broad understanding of other areas within the job function
Requires a Baccalaureate degree (or for degrees earned outside of the United States, a degree which satisfies the requirements of 8 C.F.R. § 214.2(h)( 4)(iii)(A) and minimum of 7 years of relevant experience, or advanced degree with a minimum of 5 years of relevant experience
