Requirements

• Management-side California Labor & Employment practice
• Strength in wage and hour class actions and PAGA litigation
• Active California presence (remote within California supported)
• Experience leading complex matters and supervising legal teams
• Portable business with continued growth trajectory
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach to practice development
• Interest in helping build and lead the firm’s California platform
