About this role
Role Overview
Identify, develop, and close new business opportunities within large, strategic accounts.
Build and maintain trusted relationships with executives and key decision-makers.
Conduct detailed discovery sessions to deeply understand customer challenges and map Sweet Security solutions to their needs.
Manage complex enterprise sales cycles, from prospecting through contract negotiation and closure.
Partner with customer success, pre-sales, and product teams to ensure successful onboarding and long-term account growth.
Consistently achieve or exceed quarterly and annual revenue targets.
Requirements
5+ years of experience in enterprise software sales, with a focus on strategic accounts.
Experience in the cloud security or SaaS domain.
Proven success in managing long, complex sales cycles and multi-stakeholder deals.
Strong understanding of enterprise B2B sales methodologies and account-based strategies.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and executive presentation skills.
Self-starter with strong problem-solving skills and the ability to manage multiple opportunities simultaneously.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment.
Familiarity with enterprise sales tools such as Salesforce, HubSpot, or similar platforms.
