Role Overview
Sell Watershed and educate companies about effective climate programs
Own the full life cycle from first outbound to contract signature
Develop the Watershed sales playbook
Take Watershed into new market segments
Shape Watershed’s product strategy by sharing customer feedback
Become an expert in climate and educate companies on carbon reduction targets
Help build the sales team
Requirements
5-7+ years of sales excellence, especially with enterprise customers (5,000+ employees) at an executive level
3+ years of demonstrated success selling SaaS enterprise at $100k-500K deals
excited to lead from zero to one and build things from scratch
excellent consultative seller, listen deeply to customers and help them solve their problem
sold products in complex or technical fields
track record of accomplishing things that others thought were impossible
want to join a startup, take responsibility for the fate of the company, and move fast
