About this role
Role Overview
Define and evolve the visual identity across shopping and membership experiences
Ensure brand consistency across paid media, onsite, lifecycle, and product surfaces
Maintain clear brand guidelines and documentation
Lead creative direction for major promotions and product initiatives
Partner with Growth and Retention to align creative with performance objectives
Raise the quality and clarity of promotional storytelling
Build repeatable templates and production frameworks
Improve creative velocity without sacrificing quality
Establish review and quality control processes
Collaborate closely with Product, Marketing, Retention, and BI
Ensure creative supports business KPIs (conversion, retention, revenue)
Provide clear direction and feedback to designers and creators
Requirements
7–10+ years in creative leadership roles
Experience in ecommerce, consumer brands, or subscription businesses
Strong understanding of performance marketing
Proven ability to balance brand integrity with commercial goals
