Drives direct sales of Forcepoint solutions through distribution and channel partnerships across South Texas
Responsible for new account development and expanding existing accounts through business-to-business sales of Forcepoint software licensing
Working with the Regional Director, develop and implement specific customer accounts and opportunity plans in support of company goals and quota objectives
Effectively engage sales resources: SE, Channel, Solutions Sales teams, and Executives on the development and implementation of customer account plans
Use the CRM system effectively, responsible for the development, management, and closure of forecasted opportunities
Manage and drive revenue through complex, multiple go-to-market strategies
Execute complex sales and effectively manage the sales process and activities
Exceed sales quota
Interface to negotiate and exchange information with all levels of management
Requirements
Strong technical skills and knowledge
Prior experience selling cybersecurity solutions to customers in the Houstin, Austin, and San Antonio markets
Utilizes knowledge of industry/clients to recommend updates or changes to product/service offerings
Has an established base of accounts and solid revenue/bookings responsibility with experience selling into the oil / gas / energy sector in Houston
Maintains an established network of contacts (both partner and customer)
Experience in new logo acquisition sales
Experience with MEDDPICC and Value Selling Framework are a plus
