Lead and scale technical program management for large, multi-year, multi-team initiatives in partnership with cross-functional leadership team
Drive end-to-end program delivery from estimation and business case approval through execution, go-live readiness, product launch and benefit reporting post-go-live
Partner with Technology and Product leadership to align technical strategy with business priorities and customer outcomes
Lead roadmap and project plan development, identifying technical and business dependencies across cross-functional teams and various platforms
Partner with Architecture and Technical Leads to guide technical trade-off decisions
Translate complex technical concepts into clear, actionable insights for senior executives
Act as a trusted advisor to senior leadership on delivery risk, investment trade-offs and execution strategy
Anticipate and resolve systemic delivery challenges, technical risks, and organizational bottlenecks
Own program governance, including dependency management, risk mitigation, metrics, and executive-level reporting
Ensure strong change management and communication strategies
Champion agile and modern delivery practices
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering or related field
Minimum 10 years of experience in Technical Program Management (TPM)
7+ years of experience leading large-scale, cross-functional technology programs
Experience delivering cloud-native, distributed systems at scale
Experience managing large, complex, highly cross functional software development efforts (i.e. coordinating across 7+ delivery workstreams / departments)
Strong understanding of software development lifecycles (including waterfall, Agile and Hybrid), system architecture, and platform engineering
Proven ability to influence without authority and drive alignment across senior stakeholders
Excellent communication skills, and proven ability to develop and deliver Executive level presentations
Experience working in highly regulated environments (financial services, healthcare, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Experience with establishing and executing ePMO / VMO processes
5+ years of experience with Agile methodologies.
Ability to manage, mentor and coach team members
Ability to multitask in a fast paced, matrix environment
