Serve as the first point of contact for individuals seeking bankruptcy protection and financial relief
Handle inbound calls, assess potential clients’ financial situations, explain the firm’s services clearly
Confidently guide qualified prospects toward signing with the firm whenever appropriate
Follow up with warm leads, re-engaging no-shows, and ensure that motivated prospects do not fall through the cracks
Document all conversations accurately and thoroughly in the firm’s systems
Collaborate with the internal team to refine intake processes and improve conversion performance

2+ years of experience in legal intake, sales, client conversion, or high-volume phone-based roles
Strong preference for candidates with bankruptcy law experience (Chapter 7 / Chapter 13 familiarity highly valued)
Proven ability to confidently handle inbound calls and guide prospects toward a decision
Strong verbal communication skills with a professional, reassuring phone presence
Ability to build trust quickly with individuals facing financial distress
Comfortable working in a performance-driven environment focused on client acquisition
Highly organized with strong documentation habits and attention to detail
Reliable internet connection and professional remote work setup
Experience with RingCentral or similar VoIP systems is a plus.
