Track and update the relevant ISO codes and requirements regarding reliability standards
Evaluate compliance of the respective ISOs' network codes in relation to the existing product portfolio
Provide recommendations regarding the interface to ensure compliance with the code and interconnection process
Lead and facilitate discussions with project stakeholders regarding project application data
Support the project owner during the interconnection process
Perform simulations using dynamic models
Liaise with the Global Grid Integration group and develop support strategies for activities in North America

Bachelor's degree in electrical engineering from an ABET-accredited program
A Ph.D. in power electronics is preferred
More than 5 years of professional experience in renewable or conventional power development
Experience in transmission and high-voltage grid planning
Experience with dynamic modeling analysis software (PSCAD, PSS/E, TSAT, DIgSILENT)
Knowledge and experience in electrical system integration (onshore wind farms)
Thorough knowledge and familiarity with NERC reliability standards and the most representative ISO codes in North America
Above-average expertise in using various software and programming languages for dynamic model analysis
Excellent skills in writing and presenting clear, concise technical reports
Requirement for fluency in English and French
Ability and willingness to travel (average 20%)
