Consultative Selling: Understand each physician’s needs, offer tailored solutions, and secure commitments to trial and adopt H-Wave.
Process Implementation: Collaborate with physicians and their staff to set up new workflows for identifying patient candidates and placing orders.
Become a Product Expert: Master H-Wave’s technology, best practices, and clinical applications to confidently educate healthcare professionals and patients.
Long-Term Relationship Management: Nurture ongoing partnerships with physician offices, ensuring consistent support, satisfaction, and success in patient care.
Requirements
Must reside in the Albuquerque, NM area
Minimum 3 years of successful sales experience
Willingness to travel by car 75%+ of the time
Travel is mostly local or regional and occasionally requires overnight stays
Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record
Occasional air travel (up to 10%)
usually once per quarter for 2–3 nights and a few times per year for sales meetings and company events

Base salary plus uncapped commission (base salary to increase to $85k when you hit quota for three consecutive months)
