Role Overview
- Delivers efficient, effective, collaborative, and continuously improving testing and test artifacts
- Acts as a subject matter expert, participating in QA road mapping
- Delivers improvements to the QA capability acting as a consultant across teams
- Takes a lead role in addressing complex technical challenges
- Provides guidance and expert level solutions to ensure successful project outcomes
- Leads test activities across teams while removing roadblocks
- Collaborates with teams and stakeholders to understand business requirements
- Serves as scrum master, administering QA owned technologies
- Represents BCLC interests in strategic relationships with external stakeholders
- Leads and supports process improvement initiatives for QA capabilities
- Participates in or leads presentations about QA achievements
Requirements
- A Bachelor's degree in a related discipline
- 4 to 6 years dedicated QA experience
- At least 5 years of dedicated, progressive experience – preferably across multiple organizations
- Assorted certifications (or demonstrated learnings) in QA technologies, best practices, and interpersonal skills
