About this role
Role Overview
Identify and research pharmaceutical and life sciences manufacturers
Prospect new accounts using email, phone, and LinkedIn Sales Navigator
Run outbound campaigns to generate interest and meetings
Qualify inbound marketing leads
Schedule discovery meetings for Account Executives
Maintain accurate activity and pipeline tracking in CRM
Work closely with marketing and Account Executives to refine messaging and targeting
You will report to the Sales Director and collaborate closely with Marketing and Executive teams.
Requirements
1–2 years of experience in sales, business development, or lead generation
Strong written and verbal communication skills
Comfortable with cold outreach via email, phone, and LinkedIn
Organized, self-motivated, and resilient
Interest in technology, SaaS, and industrial or manufacturing environments
Experience using CRM tools and LinkedIn Sales Navigator is a plus
A specific degree is not required. We care about drive, curiosity, and coachability.
Candidates must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for current or future employer-sponsored visa support.
