Oversee aspects of the implementation of the Contract for a Delivery Project, or a portion of a IS Delivery Project.
Managing financial aspects of the Project, Subcontractors / Vendors and delivering a safe, quality outcome the meets or exceeds Company commitments.
Maintain a safe and secure work environment through active participation in site planning, Safety Plan review, JHA approvals, on-site tool box talks and conducting site walks with the Lead Construction Manager.
Understand the Project Budget and coordinates the management of the Contract delivery type
Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP), Lump Sum, or Concession Agreement.
Requirements
4 Year Degree in Construction Management, applicable Engineering OR applicable field experience and 3+ years of experience.
Effective presentation, verbal and written communication skills.
Demonstrates emerging leadership skills and has the willingness to address challenges, resolve issues, and motivate others while maintaining relationships.
Ability to multitask and willing to perform additional duties as necessary.
