Role Overview
- Provide expert technical analysis and recommendations to resolve performance and operations issues with WSOMS weapons systems and MET.
- Regularly interface with and provide support to all GSCs at each WSOC.
- Lead troubleshooting efforts in WSOMS weapon systems and MET performance and operations.
- Provide customer support during working groups and ground systems meetings concerning MET and MET equipment.
- Assist with property management for the Depot and logistics personnel.
- Expert for all WSOMS weapons systems and MET infrastructure/facilities related to maintenance, security systems (alarms, cameras, etc.); UPS Expert System Bypass Module (SBM) operations.
- Review all GSC location records of all PMIs, deficiencies / problems, and repairs to determine possible systemic issues.
- Serve as mission essential personnel and required to be onsite during their shift independent of weather and base closures.
Requirements
- AA/AS and 8+ years of experience, or equivalent work experience in lieu of degree
- US Citizen
- Active Top Secret security clearance
- Understanding of cybersecurity and network administration is a plus
