About this role
Role Overview
Helps the General Manager ensure day-to-day business operations run smoothly.
Provides an opportunity for entry-level managers to learn important management skills.
Responsible for delivering performance feedback, setting goals, fostering teamwork.
Ensures supervision of non-management associates, assigns specified work.
Motivates staff, especially during times of low morale.
Addresses issues in a timely fashion and ensures adherence to company policies.
Maintains cleanliness and adherence to brand standards.
Ensures accurate cash management and daily processing.
Addresses customer needs and resolves issues, ensuring positive relationships.
Performs spot inventory counts and checks for accuracy.
Requirements
2 Years experience in quick service restaurant or similar management operations
Strong leadership and management skills with proven ability to motivate and inspire a team
Excellent customer service abilities and positive attitude
Excellent verbal and communication skills with a sharp business acumen
Basic food safety understanding and practice.
Ability and willingness to lift/push objects weighing over 30 Lbs.
