Develop and execute the overarching partnership strategy, working closely with the leadership & executive team to align with BR-DGE's growth goals and vision.
Drive both current and new partnership opportunities, focusing on long-term strategic relationships.
Manage and deepen relationships with BR-DGE’s most strategic partners, guiding both internal teams and partners to maximize value and ensuring the seamless execution of partnership initiatives.
Inspire and influence partners to drive new merchant referrals and increase revenue opportunities.
Identify, evaluate, and prioritize new partnership opportunities that are aligned with BR-DGE’s business objectives.
Establish long-term, mutually beneficial relationships with key fintech and technology players to diversify BR-DGE's offering and expand into new markets.
Collaborate with Marketing, Sales, Product, and Technology teams to ensure partnership messaging is consistent, relevant, and impactful.
Influence the product roadmap to align with partner needs and market trends.
Grow, lead and mentor the Partnerships team, helping them develop both professionally and in their ability to deliver results.
Provide guidance on complex negotiations and partnership strategy while fostering a culture of collaboration, innovation, and accountability.
Maintain an in-depth understanding of the fintech and payments landscape, including market trends, competitor offerings, and emerging technologies.
Engage with senior leadership both internally and externally, presenting partnership performance, new opportunities, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
Deep experience of managing in strategic partnerships, business development, or senior client engagement roles, preferably within the fintech, payments, or technology sectors.
Deep expertise in the payments industry: A strong understanding of both traditional payment gateways and emerging APM solutions, with an ability to strategically assess and engage partners across a diverse range of payment methods and ecosystems.
Proven track record in developing, managing, and scaling high-value partnerships that directly contribute to business growth.
Experience leading partnership initiatives in high-growth or scaling tech businesses is a plus.
Exceptional leadership & team-building abilities: A hands-on leader who can inspire, motivate, and develop high-performing teams.
Experience working cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Technology teams to drive partnership success.
Strong negotiation and deal-making skills: Proven ability to negotiate complex agreements and navigate challenging business discussions, especially around pricing, revenue sharing, and contract terms.
Strategic thinker with excellent execution: Ability to think strategically while also being results-driven and execution-focused.
Strong project management and organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple high-priority initiatives at once.
