Role Overview
- Own clinical recruiting end-to-end.
- Guide the onboarding journey.
- Partner with Credentialing.
- Build and maintain pipeline visibility.
- Protect and scale Baba's culture.
- Collaborate cross-functionally.
- Enhance the candidate and provider experience.
Requirements
- 3+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience, ideally in healthcare, clinical, or provider settings (physicians, nurses, therapists, care coordinators, or similar).
- Proven success in fast-paced, early-stage environments.
- Strong sourcing, screening, interviewing, and closing skills with results to show for it.
- A bias toward action.
- High-Agency & Meticulous: You have a "zero-defect" mindset.
- Comfort with data.
