4–8 years owning commercial and operational outcomes in strategy, consulting, or leadership roles.
1+ year in a human data or strategic projects role.
Proven experience owning revenue or P&L responsibility.
Strong negotiator with experience closing complex deals.
Experienced people leader with high standards.
Commercially sharp with strong judgment under pressure.
Comfortable with ambiguity and senior-level accountability.
