Product Owner, HR CRM

Role Overview

• You define the product strategy and vision from a business perspective;
• You translate the product vision into concrete services and tools and prioritize them collaboratively with stakeholders based on business value;
• You work collaboratively and in an agile way within the product team and with business teams;
• You define the product roadmap and objectives aligned with the company’s goals, and you continuously measure the team’s performance and achievement of objectives;
• You write user stories, monitor task progress, and ensure at all times that team members have everything needed to deliver the product on time, with the required quality, and within budget.

Requirements

• BSc degree (ideally in Engineering or Business);
• At least 4 years of experience as a Product Owner or Project Manager;
• Experience in roadmap vision and planning;
• Experience managing the product backlog and prioritizing items;
• Knowledge of Scrum and Agile software development methodologies;
• Ability to work across teams and locations;
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills;
• Passionate about technology, with a strong focus on building products and services that deliver measurable customer value;
• Understanding of technical requirements and user-centered design principles;
• Understanding of appropriate levels of testing;
• Fluent in English.
