Requirements
- 10+ years of hands-on product management experience
- Detail-oriented and Data-Driven: Demonstrated experience in setting, hitting, and communication clear success metrics proactively and independently
- Demonstrated success in a fast-moving, startup environment
- Excellent Communication Skills
- Strong awareness of Deaf culture and accessibility needs is a major plus; personal or professional experience with the Deaf community is ideal
- Demonstrated success driving design and user experience choices is preferred
- Familiarity working alongside engineering and design teams using tools such as Jira, Confluence, Figma, and modern cloud and communications platforms (e.g., AWS, Twilio)
