Role Overview
- Support the construction management process by assisting with job scheduling
- Inspect job sites for safety compliance
- Help complete punch lists and new home orientation tasks
- Ensure job site cleanliness and assist with model and inventory maintenance
- Address service-related issues
- Participate in construction meetings and training sessions
- Engage with various stakeholders to ensure smooth project execution and successful home deliveries
Requirements
- High School Diploma or equivalent required or 0-2 years of homebuilding/construction experience
- Construction Experience is preferred
- Must be able to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting
- Must be able to demonstrate effective communication skills
- Computer literacy and proficiency in MS Office products (Word and Excel)
- Valid Driver’s License with good driving record
- Valid Auto Insurance Coverage
- Ability to operate computer equipment, speak, hear, bend, stoop, reach, lift, and move and carry up to 25 lbs
- Finger dexterity is necessary.
