Role Overview
Execute the store operations playbook flawlessly.
Supervise all facets of the store's operations, including consumer and commercial sales.
Support overall company objectives and ensure consistent messaging to store staff.
Provide store performance reports utilizing Key Performance Indicators.
Identify local market opportunities and enhance business through localized marketing.
Collaborate with HR to recruit and retain qualified candidates.
Effectively manage team performance and provide coaching.
Uphold customer treatment standards to foster complete satisfaction.
Promote a culture of training and participate in training initiatives.
Manage incoming leads to meet sales goals.
Collaborate with Regional Sales Manager to review GM Scorecard.
Manage vehicle inventory in collaboration with the Inventory team.
Partner with Service Manager to oversee service operations.
Requirements
High school diploma or GED is a prerequisite.
2-3 years of experience in sales management is essential.
Exceptional customer service skills and experience are mandatory.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office products and technical aptitude is required.
Demonstrated ability to work independently with minimal supervision is a must.
Strong computer skills with familiarity in SalesForce are preferred.
