About this role

Plans, organizes, manages and is responsible for all document control and distribution processes and systems for construction projects
Meets regularly with all parties involved to track the status of construction projects
Prepares meeting agendas and records and distributes minutes
Verifies and corrects project-related documentation where needed
Maintains effective and ongoing communications with construction and contractor management teams
Provides initial review of pay applications and change orders
Conducts site inspections and prepares project schedules

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university
3 or more years of related experience in construction, design, or construction management
Knowledge of project management tools
Knowledge of CAD system, CAFM, estimating, cost control, scheduling, and construction administration
Familiarity with OSHPD forms, applications, fees, permits, and inspection forms
Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite business software applications
Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
