Lead clinical discovery sessions to capture requirements and align capabilities
Collaborate with product, engineering, and implementation teams
Review program performance data and create performance improvement plans
Stay up-to-date on clinical standards and represent the company at industry events

A healthcare professional license with 5+ years of hospital clinical or operations experience
2+ years in a process improvement consulting/project management/clinical informatics role
Demonstrated knowledge of common hospital workflows
Experience using healthcare technology platforms such as EHRs, care management systems, or analytics tools
Strong interpersonal, communication (verbal + written), project management and client service skills
Ability to translate clinical workflows into technical requirements
Comfortable with online & remote schedules
Ability to travel up to 40%
