Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in Geological, Civil, or Geotechnical Engineering (Master’s or PhD an asset).
15+ years of relevant industry experience in British Columbia.
Knowledge of relevant British Columbia and Canadian codes, guidelines and standards.
Experience with geotechnical software solutions (GeoStudio™, LeapFrog, Rocscience).
Demonstrated ability to work and manage projects independently.
Proactive approach and strong problem-solving skills.
Passion for making a positive impact through engineering.
Effective communication skills, including report writing and client engagement.
Demonstrated commitment to safety, quality, continuous improvement and mentorship of developing engineers.
Commitment to technical excellence and mentorship. Active participation in professional associations and technical communities is an asset.
