About this role
Role Overview
Plan and execute high-impact events for employees, executives, the board, and external partners.
Manage full event lifecycle from budgeting to on-site production.
Create event materials and maintain corporate event calendar.
Drive continuous improvement in event planning processes.
Coordinate logistics including vendor coordination and planning.
Requirements
Bachelor's in Communications, Marketing, PR, or related field preferred.
Minimum of 3 years in event management and communications/marketing.
Strong organizational and time management skills
Strong planning and project management skills
Graphic design ability for visually appealing materials
Proficient at integrating special projects while maintaining normal activities.
Excellent communication skills (both oral and written).
Proficiency in the Microsoft Office Suite applications, including SharePoint, Teams, Forms, PowerPoint.
