Drive Sales to ensure monthly and quarterly targets are achieved in the Americas.
Take ownership of the client engagement and sales process, effectively converting inbound and outbound leads with product demonstrations and proactively building the sales pipeline for the Americas.
Pipeline Management: Oversee the sales pipeline for your territory, utilizing CRM tools and data analysis to identify trends, forecast accurately, and make data-driven decisions to drive growth.
Strategic Partnerships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with key clients and industry stakeholders to facilitate long-term business growth and expansion.
Market Insights: Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitive landscape to adapt sales strategies accordingly and identify new opportunities.
Requirements
Minimum of 5+ years of sales experience in a SaaS sales team within a software company, with an understanding of value drivers in recurring revenue business models
Experience working very closely with Marketing and Product
Strong empathy for customers AND a passion for revenue and growth
Strong proficiency in English.
