About this role
Role Overview
Engages with clientele and responds to inquires via phone conversations and site email.
Receives and places client media orders through the LIMS system.
Works with Customer Service group and site management to improve internal and external customer service systems.
Performs additional LIMS activities on an as needed basis.
Performs additional administrative duties on an as needed basis.
Adheres to Code of Ethics Policy.
Compile and collate documents required for level 4 data packages.
Maintain visibility on all in-house DoD work and communicate project updates to the clients.
Requirements
Science B.Sc. or equivalent with 0-3 years relevant experience.
Understanding basic chemistry would be an asset.
Good customer services skills.
Excellent interpersonal, verbal and written communication skills.
Works with a high degree of accuracy.
Positive outlook with an ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Good time-management, communication, multi-tasking and priority setting skills.
Ability to adapt to a changing environment.
Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
