Responsibilities:
- Respond to inbound calls from individuals seeking assistance with State of Arizona programs, online portals, or account‑related inquiries
- Provide general information, clarify processes, and guide callers through basic steps using scripted and approved resources
- Document interactions accurately within internal systems
- Navigate multiple applications to locate information, verify details, and support caller needs
- Follow standard operating procedures, compliance requirements, and quality expectations
- Escalate complex or sensitive issues to the appropriate teams
- Maintain professionalism, patience, and clarity when supporting diverse populations
- Protect confidential information and adhere to all state and agency guidelines
Requirements:

- Strong written communication and reading comprehension
- Impeccable attention to detail and organizational skills

- Proven reliability and accountability in a remote or structured environment

- Basic computer literacy: Comfortable using MS operating systems (Windows) and navigating settings
- Troubleshooting mindset: Able to diagnose and resolve basic tech issues independently
- Confident using browsers, search engines, and understanding online safety

- Minimum internet speed: 25 Mbps download / 5 Mbps upload
- Jitter threshold: Should be 15ms or lower — higher jitter may result in voice and streaming issues
