Regional Sales Director

Role Overview

• Serve as the front-line leader in the Illumio field organization to create new sales opportunities
• Create and execute a territory plan on target accounts
• Drive a regional sales plan in collaboration with ADRs and partner account managers
• Accurately forecast business objectives of clients and Illumio
• Identify, engage, and build relationships with resellers and partners

Requirements

• 8+ years of full cycle sales enterprise selling experience
• Strong background in security and/or networking software
• 5+ years of co-selling experience with a strong partner network
• Successful track record of selling to the C-suite with a strong rolodex of contacts in region
• Ability to engage with urgency and capitalize on all potential sales channels
• Must be a strong listener and technically savvy to understand the solution
• Experience in a fast-paced company with adaptability
