Role Overview
Serve as the primary point of contact for key institutional clients, acting as a trusted advisor to understand their investment needs and ensure client satisfaction.
Develop a business development plan for a defined group of Fixed Income Intermediaries and Investors.
Identify and pursue new business opportunities, grow assets under management (AUM) and meet or exceed revenue targets.
Deliver tailored market updates, portfolio reviews, and investment solutions to senior-level decision-makers.
Partner with portfolio managers, product specialists, and marketing teams to develop investment strategies and enhance client coverage.
Lead, mentor, and coach junior sales staff and ensure all sales activities strictly comply with regulatory requirements.
Requirements
Minimum of 10+ years of experience in fixed income sales, institutional relationship management, or portfolio management.
Deep understanding of fixed income markets, including credit, interest rates, structured finance, and active/passive strategies.
Bachelor’s degree required.
CFA designation or MBA is preferred.
Series 7 License required.
