Provide technical, logistical and operational support to projects
Coordinate suppliers, equipment, field logistics and deployed teams
Research experiential design suppliers and trends to support technical choices
Support schedule planning; book and coordinate suppliers, locations and equipment; and manage all materials
Monitor production (setting, materials), and organize all event logistics (transportation, setup, installation, teardown, returns)
Supervise setup and teardown by production partners, as well as activation launches, when needed
Manage contests and prospects; recruit, train and coordinate field teams and ambassadors; and handle unforeseen issues onsite
Ensure brand compliance and client experience; collect field data and contribute to event post-mortems; oversee administrative and budgetary follow-up
Requirements
College diploma in a related field
A minimum of three years of relevant experience
Strong communication skills in both French and English, both oral and written due to the nature of the duties or work tools or because the position involves interactions with english-speaking partners, members and/or clients
Available for occasional evening and weekend work
Available to travel based on assignments (driver’s licence required; mileage reimbursement provided)
