Oversee the selection process including identifying and assessing candidates
Build and maintain a strong network of candidates through market research
Develop a creative and proactive recruitment strategy
Consult with hiring managers in final selections, compensation and recruitment processes
Ensure weekly and monthly submit and hire goals are met
Requirements
Proven ability to successfully perform all aspects of recruiting, including competitive market research, passive sourcing, advanced internet searches, negotiating and closing candidates
Ability to exceed performance expectations and goals
Strong client focus and commitment to continuous improvement
Ability to execute recruitment strategies
Strong time prioritization skills
Demonstrated computer proficiency, including intermediate MS office skills and experience working in an applicant tracking system
