Work across industry sectors with a team of experienced consultants and subject matter experts to help clients improve operational capabilities
Contribute to the delivery of client engagements to develop safety leadership and culture, reduce operational risks, and enhance systems and capabilities for safety and risk management
Deliver assessments, design and deliver training and coaching programs, and develop operational risk management systems
Facilitate workshops, deliver coaching, provide technical advice to clients and develop risk and safety systems
Manage projects to ensure effective execution, including project planning, governance, and risk management

1-3 years of prior exposure to consulting and/or industrial operations environment
A graduate from a top-tier university with a degree in a business-related major or engineering
Exceptional interpersonal skills and team working attitude
High level of proficiency with PowerPoint, Visio, Word, Advanced Excel, Access, and ideally visualization tools such as Power BI or Tableau
Willingness and ability to travel and work on client sites as required
