Role Overview
Identify and qualify upsell opportunities through a mix of high-volume inbound response and targeted outbound prospecting.
Execute 40–50 outbound calls per day alongside a rigorous email cadence to meet productivity targets.
Respond rapidly to inbound inquiries and re-engage past prospects to schedule qualified meetings for Account Managers.
Use Salesforce and Outreach to meticulously manage leads, track progress, and maintain a clean pipeline.
Continually learn about our SaaS solutions and the nonprofit sector to effectively communicate value and solve customer problems.
Requirements
You possess a competitive drive and the self-discipline to consistently exceed monthly and quarterly sales goals.
You have a clear desire to develop a career in technology sales and the drive to advance into a quota-carrying role.
You are highly detail-oriented and can master new processes and CRM workflows quickly.
Outstanding verbal and written skills with the ability to engage leads and qualify them based on readiness to buy.
You are open to change, thrive in a fast-paced environment, and possess the "roll up your sleeves" attitude of a team player.
While 1+ years of lead generation or inside sales is a plus, your hunger to learn and solve problems is what matters most.
