AutoFi is the leading provider of digital commerce technology for the automotive industry. They are seeking a Business Development Representative (BDR) who will be the first point of contact for potential and active customers, generating sales leads and scheduling demos for Outside Sales Partners.
Responsibilities:
- Generate new sales leads through calls to qualify prospects
- Strategize with sales leaders to design target and call plan of action
- Perform 80+ outbound calls day
- Research 70 prospective decision maker leads a week
- Schedule 20+ qualified demos/appointments for Outside Sales Partners
- Partner with Sales Directors to gain sales techniques, learn best practices, and grow your career
- Consistently meet or exceed targets on a daily, weekly, monthly basis
- Manage, track, and report all activities in Salesforce

- PST, MST or CST time zone, able to commit to 9:00 am to 5:00 pm schedule, Monday - Friday
- Automotive Dealership or Automotive SaaS company BDR/BDC experience preferred
