Develop and update presentation materials in PowerPoint and other platforms to support sales and operations with clear, on brand program content and messaging.
Assist with internal and external communications, including newsletters, email communications, and campaign support.
Support social media efforts by gathering assets, drafting posts, coordinating approvals, scheduling content, and monitoring engagement.
Support the coordination and execution of quarterly promotional materials, including gathering vendor assets, gaining approvals, and managing timelines.
Design and deploy marketing materials for digital and print use, including playbooks, menus, planograms, signage, uniforms, and other marcom.
Maintain organization and governance of marketing assets, templates, and shared resources.
Support event logistics and communications for meetings, conferences, and field events.
Assist with tracking, reporting, and analysis of promotions and program effectiveness.
Requirements
Food service and/or services marketing experience desirable
Experience in creative software, like Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or others a plus
Strong computer skills in Microsoft Office, primarily PowerPoint
Technically capable and comfortable with learning new technologies and systems
Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in Marketing, Communications, Creative, or business-related field.
