Proactively collaborates with Account Executives and Advertising Strategist to support strategic proposal development by providing key resources, data insights, and presentation materials (e.g., updating client decks, pulling market intelligence, integrating research)
Leverages research and data analysis to recommend optimal multi-screen advertising solutions tailored to target audiences, client goals, and available inventory
Creates customized pre-sales materials and proposals that effectively position advertising campaigns for strategic accounts
Collects and synthesizes market intelligence related to the local landscape, including competitor activity, media spend, and programming trends
Prepares, monitors, and shares sales performance reports to evaluate the effectiveness of campaigns tied to strategic accounts
Works closely with Account Executives and Advertising Strategist to nurture client relationships, address inquiries, and resolve issues with timely follow-up
Provides support to local leadership by assisting with various tasks and responsibilities as needed
Offers high-level coordination and leadership on special projects, campaigns, and strategic initiatives
Exercises sound judgment and discretion when handling matters of importance and confidentiality
Maintains consistent, reliable attendance and is available to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as required
