About this role
Role Overview
Provides interior design advice and product expertise
Facilitates tile and stone selection, project development/support
Logs all client showroom visits, contact information, and detailed customer preference and selection notes in CMT
Effectively communicates with customers and internal team members
Reports sales closures monthly
Prospects for new business with Custom Builders and Residential Designers
Makes outside sales calls as needed
Maintains showroom samples and merchandising
Plans and hosts showroom tours and events for industry trade
Requirements
Four-year degree in a related field, or four years of related experience, or a combination of a two-year degree with two years of related experience.
Sales/Customer engagement/Customer service skills
Design/sketching/reading blueprints/Auto-CAD a plus
Computer skills in MS Office, MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Strong oral, written, listening, and interpersonal communication skills
